An extensive Ironstone dinner service, England, early 19th century
An extensive early 19th Century Ironstone dinner service, printed, painted and gilded with Oriental floral designs in iron red, green, puce and underglaze blue, puce script 'No.13' mark, and comprising:
twelve graduated meat plates 50cm 26cm wide, a pair of tureens and covers, thirty 26cm plates, fourteen 24cm plates, sixteen 26cm soup/dessert plates, two sauce tureens with covers and three stands, a vegetable dish and a fruit bowl,
Condition: some plates a little faded, many serving dishes and tureens with old Victorian repair staples
Dimensions: largest plate 26cm diameter, smallest plate 24cm diameter, soup plate 26cm diameter, smallest meat plater 26cm diameter, largest meat platter 50cm diameter.
