A very unusual container for pot pourri made by Christian Dior, signed. The item is fashioned from an ostrich egg and the perforated lid (with a container for flowers) lifts to reveal a box for pot pourri. Christian Dior is a well known fashion designer but his luxury home-ware designs are also very sought after.
Condition: silver plating has worn off, otherwise perfect
