A striking piece of contemporary design with a shell-like silhouette, the Moel armchair was designed by Inga Sampe’ for Ligne Roset, France. With the exception of its thermoformed support case, the Moel is reconnecting with the know-how of Ligne Roset in the field of all-foam furniture. These armchairs feature a quilted fuchsia fabric seating and white leather back and they look like no other seat.
It is aimed at all those who live in a natural and relaxed way and who want to create a warm living room to receive friends in complete privacy. Moel asserts its great comfort by round and soft shapes that create a friendly space. The leather and fabric ‘jacket’ (entirely removable by gripping strips and zippers) envelopes the user. Condition: there are a couple of small areas in the middle of the seating area where the fabric appears to have been stretched (or threaded or laddered) but it does not go through the fabric. Please refer to photographs. Overall good condition.
