An extremely rare "porter's chair" attributable to the Italian artist Giovanni Patrini. The chair has been meticulously crafted using hundreds of used horseshoes and is a wonderful conversation piece and sculptural piece for the garden.

Giovanni Patrini was a relatively well known Italian artist, born in 1931. He mostly created objets d'art but was also known for creating "horseshoe" garden furniture in the 80s and 90s. He hosted Princess Margaret in his country house in Retegno, about 40 miles south of Milan.
