An antique 19th century French solid silver figural centrepiece, standing on eight shaped feet, the ornate base is applied with a very crisp scrolling foliate decoration in relief, supporting two large and finely modelled classical female figures, holding above an oval basket applied with a cast leaf border and centred with a trumpet shaped cut glass vase. All parts hallmarked French silver (Minerva's head, 950 high standard), Paris, circa 1880's, Maker F.Frey (Frey & Fils).
