Antique mid-19th Century Victorian important solid silver set of twelve dinner plates, each of shaped-circular form with gadrooned borders. Each border is engraved with a family crest of Sir Glynne Earle Welby-Gregory 3rd Baronet. (1806-1875), who succeeded his father in 1852. Each piece is fully Hallmarked English silver (925 standard), London, year 1854 (T), Maker's mark ISH (John Samuel Hunt, Royal Silvermiths), further stamped with the retail mark 'Hunt & Roskell Late Storr & Mortimer 7450'
